{"id":3929,"date":"2019-04-16T16:34:17","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T14:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ho36.com\/?page_id=3929"},"modified":"2026-02-17T14:36:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T13:36:09","slug":"conditions-generales-de-vente","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ho36lyon.com\/en\/conditions-generales-de-vente\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions ho36"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/h2>\n<h3>PRESENTATION<\/h3>\nThe employees of the hostel are free to refuse to receive guests whose dress is indecent or negligent, guests whose behavior is noisy or improper, guests whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.\n<h3>PAYMENT<\/h3>\nWhen booking online (via our website or other platforms), credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) are requested.\n\nFor non-refundable reservations, the system immediately debits the card used to make the reservation for the total amount of the stay (hors tourist tax).\n\nFor refundable rate bookings, cards are debited at the time of booking (except in Lyon, where cards are debited 72 hours before arrival). In the event of cancellation within the period specified at the time of booking, the refund will be made to the credit card used to make the reservation.\nFor bookings made on site, the balance of the stay is payable on arrival. We accept the following methods of payment: cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Customers paying in cash must present a valid credit card.\n\nThis card may be debited if we find that the customer has smoked or damaged any equipment in the hotel. We also ask all guests to show proof of identity. In the event that you are unable to provide us with identification and a credit card, we will be entitled to refuse your room rental request.\n<h3>IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY<\/h3>\nNo refunds will be made.\nSimilarly, in the event of early departure, the stay is due in full. Under no circumstances can late arrivals or early departures give rise to a refund.\n<h3>CANCELLATION<\/h3>\nFor non-refundable rates,\nAll cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the stay (hors tourist tax).\n\nFor other rates, cancellations must be received within the period specified in the confirmation e-mail to be cancelled without charge.\nAfter this deadline, unless otherwise specified, the full amount of the stay is due.\n\nCancellation by us is only possible if the reservation was made directly and not through an online travel agency (OTA), otherwise the traveler must contact the site on which he\/she made the reservation (e.g. booking.com or hostelworld).\n<h3>NON PRESENTATION \/ NO SHOW<\/h3>\nIf you do not show up on the day of your reservation without notifying us, you will be charged in full (including long stay).\n<h3>RESERVATION CHANGE<\/h3>\nOnly direct reservations (by phone, email or on www.ho36.com) can be modified by us (e.g. change of date or establishment). Reservations made via OTA must be modified via OTA (e.g. Booking.com).\n<h3>MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY<\/h3>\nFor reasons of hygiene and safety, the total duration of a stay is 5 nights.\nIn the event of a longer stay, a change of room\/bed may be requested by the team.\n<h3>CLIENTS MINEURS<\/h3>\nLe r\u00e9servations pour des clients mineurs non accompagn\u00e9s de majeurs ne sont pas accept\u00e9es. Par ailleurs, les sanitaires des dortoirs \u00e9tant partag\u00e9s, les r\u00e9servations incluant des mineurs ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es en dortoir, sauf privatisation de l'\u00e9tage (nous contacter pour toute r\u00e9servation de groupe).\n<h3>GROUPES<\/h3>\nPour toute r\u00e9servation de 8 personnes et plus, veuillez nous contacter pour effectuer votre r\u00e9servation.\n<h3>MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY<\/h3>\nFor reasons of hygiene and safety, the total duration of a stay is 5 nights.\nIn the event of a longer stay, a change of room\/bed may be requested by the team.\n<h3>TOURIST TAX<\/h3>\nTourist tax is not included in the booking price. It is applicable according to age. The amount varies according to the city and date of stay. Please refer to the booking interface or consult the rates directly at the hotel reception desk or on request.\n<h3>RECOURS<\/h3>\nIn the event of a dispute, you can contact the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman. https:\/\/www.mtv.travel\/saisir-le-mediateur\/\n\n****\n\nAny reservation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.\n\n<strong>IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTEL OWNER WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAD THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.<\/strong>\n\nho36 reserves the right to change booking and cancellation conditions at any time.
