Rules of order

ACCESS TO ROOMS

The rooms are available from 4:00 pm and must be released before 11:00 a.m. the next morning. Attention, in case of departure beyond that time, a late check out will be charged (15€ in HOTEL and 10€ in HOSTEL).

If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, payment must be made before 11:00 a.m., subject to availability. In addition, your room is intended for a specific number of people; in order to comply with the hotel's safety regulations, you must not, under any circumstances, accommodate additional people. Please ensure that your room door is closed before leaving the room.

PROHIBITIONS

Please note that smoking has been banned in all public areas since January 2, 2008. For obvious reasons of safety and comfort, it is absolutely forbidden to smoke in rooms (the non respect will involve a compensation which can go from 80€ to 150€. with the aim of restoring the room to its original condition (maid work, linen costs, potential non-rental of the room).

It is forbidden to use gas appliances, such as stoves, in bedrooms.

ANIMALS

Animals of any kind are not accepted.

BREAKFAST

Served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every day except Sunday, when it ends at 10:30 a.m.

PERSONAL EFFECTS

ho36 is not responsible for your luggage or items left in public areas. You have the option of accessing a secure luggage room (the luggage drop-off area next to the computers is unattended) to which only employees have access. Alternatively, locks are available at the front desk to secure your belongings in the HOSTEL lockers.

DEGRADATION

We ask you to respect the premises as well as the decoration of your room. In case of damage, the customer will have to engage his civil responsibility. The same applies to the disappearance of items. We will be able to debit your credit card at any time if we consider that the damage caused or the disappearance of items generates expenses. Each item in your room has a defined price, you can consult this list at the reception.

RFID CARD

During your stay, you will be issued with an RFID card giving you free access to your room. If you lose it, you'll have to pay €5 per bracelet.

NUISANCE

For the respect of all residents, please do not slam doors or make excessive noise, especially between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any noise related to a person's behavior may lead to the customer having to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements - as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the peace and quiet of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R;1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest by nature. Any trade is strictly forbidden. Any stay implies the acceptance of the internal regulations.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTEL OWNER WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAD THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
